It is the leading summer event in Vigo di Fassa. Throughout the evening participants can taste local dishes and products, some matched with excellent Trentino wines.
The many stands in the squares and along the streets of the village are open from 8.00 p.m. and offer various tasty traditional foods such as Ladin cold cuts, barley soup, polenta and sausages, homemade cheeses and jams. Folk music will accompany visitors as they walk among the stands.
